Shipping and Returns
Canadian Orders: Packages are shipped via Canada Post from Belleville, ON Canada with tracking and insurance. Please contact us regarding express delivery should you require it.
US & International Orders: Buyers are responsible for all charges entering their country including taxes, custom fees and duties. Standard airmail service does not include tracking. Please contact us if you require tracking or express delivery. Shipping to international destinations can take up to 14 days.
Please be sure to provide a complete address. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
***Please note: During the COVID19 Pandemic there may be some shipping delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays. Canada Post, US Mail or other shipping companies manage their own time.
Returns are not accepted unless your items are damaged in some way. Exchanges will be permitted with approval. Please contact us within 36 hours of receiving your order. Orders must be returned within 7 days.
Please measure yourself to find your size. If you are unsure of sizing please contact us. We are very happy to customize your order for you and help with sizing.
Returned items must not have signs of wear. There will be no refund for obvious signs of wear.
Custom-made garments are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your custom purchase please contact us and we will gladly work with you to resolve any issues.
