Refund policy

Returns:

Returns are not accepted unless your items are damaged in some way. Exchanges will be permitted with approval. Please contact us at heather_case@outlook.com or 613-847-4336 within 36 hours of receiving your order. Orders must be returned within 7 days.

Please measure yourself to find your size. If you are unsure of sizing please contact us. We are very happy to customize your order for you and help with sizing. 

Returned items must not have signs of wear. There will be no refund for obvious signs of wear.

Custom-made garments are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your custom purchase please contact us and we will gladly work with you to resolve any issues.
